From an everyday office look to a dramatic smoky eye for a night out, Glo Skin Beauty Cream Stay Shadow Sticks can be used as a primer, shadow and liner to create effortless looks that complement any wardrobe. Today we’re sharing our tips for applying these cream eye shadows for buildable, blendable, all-day eye wear.
As of January 2019, we now offer 12 stunning matte and metallic shades.
This long-wear, pigment-rich, cream formula delivers incredible color with maximum versatility. Apply Cream Stay Shadow Stick directly to your lid, crease, brow bone or lower lashline. To blend the color along the edges, use your fingers or an eye brush shortly after application before the color sets for an all-day eye statement. Try the Detail Blender, or, if you need a stiffer brush, use the Crease Shader Brush. Until you get the hang of the formula, you may want to work on one eye at a time.
These cream shadows can be worn on their own or under your powder eye shadow as a primer. To use as a primer, apply to the entire lid, blending the edges, and layer your powder eye shadow on top to eliminate creasing, smudging and to extend the shadow’s wearability. Not only will this crease-free formula extend the wear of your eye shadow, but it also boosts the color intensity, giving you a full color look.
The darker shades, like bonbon (deep matte brown), metro (cool slate gray) and pitch (matte black) also make for amazing eyeliner shades. Smudge the color along the upper and lower lashline for a cohesive, care-free look.
Surprise! The color end cap pops off to reveal a sharpening tool. Featuring a built-in sharpener, this smooth shadow always maintains the perfect point to prime, shade and define eyes.
Don’t be shocked when you find these shadows are a little tough to remove. Soak a cotton round in Gentle Eye Makeup Remover and hold over the eyelid for a few seconds to loosen the makeup.
If you find the color is too stubborn for traditional remover, try heavy-duty Essential Cleansing Oil. Using dry hands, very gently massage the oil into your eye makeup for 60 seconds. Add a little water and continue to work into the skin, then rinse thoroughly for a residue-free cleanse.
